    Third Popular Petitions Revision Act
    An act to make popular petitions more attractive to the general public and to give governors the option of proposing federal laws in the name of their state.


    Section 1 - Amending the PPA
    Sec. Ssec. 1 des Popular Petitions Act, 2008, zuletzt geändert durch den Second Popular Petitions Act Revision Act, 2017, wird folgendermaßen neu gefasst:

    (1) Eine Volkspetition kann durch jeden auf Bundes- oder Staatsebene Wahlberechtigen beim Kongresspräsidium eingereicht werden, der nicht nicht der Exekutive des Bundes angehört.


    Section 2 - Entry into force
    Dieses Bundesgesetz tritt mit seiner Verkündigung in Kraft.
