    Governor
    of the State of Serena


    to represent the State of Serena for a term beginning on the first day of April in the year Two Thousand and Twenty and ending on the thirty-first day of July in the year Two Thousand and Twenty.





    In Testimony Whereof, I have caused the Great Seal of Serena to be affixed,

    given under my hand at Amada, Freeland this twenty-third day of March in the year
