    2nd Gubernatorial Election Act Amendment Bill


    Section 1 - Replacing Article II
    Art. II wird wie folgt neu gefasst:

    Wahlen zum Gouverneur von Laurentiana sollen fünf Tage dauern und am 20. Tag des Wahlmonats beginnen.


    Section 2 - Amending Article III
    (1) Sec. 1 wird wie folgt neu gefasst:

    Kandidaturen für das Amt des Gouverneurs sind bis zum Ablauf des 10. Tages des Wahlmonats öffentlich, an einem von der die Wahl durchführenden Behörde ausgewählten Ort, bekanntzugeben.


    (2) In Sec. 2 wird der zweite Satz wie folgt neu gefasst:

    Erstreckt sich die Kandidatenfrist über den üblichen Termin des Wahlbeginns, soll die Wahl stattdessen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt beginnen.


    Section 3 - Amending Article V
    Sec. 2 wird wie folgt neu gefasst:

    Wird ein Gouverneur in einer Nachwahl bestimmt oder verzögert sich eine reguläre Gouverneurswahl über den Wahlmonat hinaus, soll der gewählte Gouverneur seinen Eid am ersten Tag nach der Bekanntgabe des Wahlergebnisses leisten.

    (2) Das Office of Tribal Affairs wird von einem State Councillor gemäß Article IV Section 1 Constitution of Laurentiana geleitet.

    Alcohol & Tobacco Sales Tax Amendment Bill


    Section 1 - Amending the Tobacco Act
    Es wird eine neue Section eingefügt, die wie folgt gefasst sein soll:

    Section 7a - Taxation
    (1) Der Staat Laurentiana erhebt auf den Verkaufspreis von Tabakerzeugnissen eine Steuer von 20%.
    (2) Mindestens 10% aller nach dieser Section eingenommenen Gelder sollen zweckgebunden für Maßnahmen zur Prävention von Nikotinkonsum verwendet werden.


    Section 2 - Amending the Alcoholic Beverages Act
    Sec. 9 wird wie folgt neu gefasst:

    Section 9 - Taxation
    (1) Der Staat Laurentiana erhebt auf den Verkaufspreis alkoholischer Getränke mit einem Alkoholgehalt von bis zu zwölf Volumenprozent eine Steuer von 10%, sowie 20% auf alkoholische Getränke mit einem Alkoholgehalt von mehr als zwölf Volumenprozent.
    (2) Mindestens 10% aller nach dieser Section eingenommenen Gelder sollen zweckgebunden für Maßnahmen zur Prävention von Alkoholkonsum verwendet werden.


    Section 3 - Final Provisions
    Dieses Gesetz tritt nach den Regelungen der Verfassung in Kraft, nicht jedoch vor dem 1. Juni 2016.

    Procedure of Gubernatorial By-Elections



    Only Section
    (1) Nach Article IV, Section 10 Constitution soll der Acting Governor die Wahl eines neuen Governors beim General Court beantragen.
    (2) Die Nachwahl soll nach den üblichen Regelungen des General Court von diesem durchgeführt werden.
    (3) Wird ein Antrag nach Subsection 1 nicht innerhalb von 72 Stunden eingebracht, gilt der Acting Governor als verhindert.
    (4) Ist der Acting Governor verhindert, gehen die Pflichten an die nächst-verfügbare Person der Reihenfolge nach Article IV, Section 10 Constitution über.
    (5) Die Vereidigung eines durch Nachwahl bestimmten Governors soll, gleich der eines regulär gewählten, durch den Speaker of the General Court erfolgen.
