    The question before the Assembly is whether it shall agree to the following motion.

     Votes can be entered into the Records of the House by the Ayes and Nays. The presence of a member not voting will also be put into the Records if declared (Abstention).


    An amount of 96 hours without increment is reserved for the entering into the Record. Records will be closed on this motion in the discretion of the Chair, if a majority on the motion is reached or can not be reached.

    Section 1 - Apprenticeship Act
    Folgendes wird Gesetz von Astoria State:


    Apprenticeship Act
    Section 1 - Purpose
    (1) Dieses Gesetz dient der Verpflichtung von Lehrstellen in astorianischen Unternehmen.
    (2) Es soll zitiert werden als Apprenticeship Act.


    Section 2 - Companies
    (1)Jeder Großbetrieb auf dem Staatsgebiet von Astoria State schafft im Rahmen seiner Möglichkeiten
    Lehrstellen in der jeweiligen Niederlassung.
    (2) Jeder mittelständische Betrieb auf dem Staatsgebiet von Astoria State schafft im Rahmen seiner
    Möglichkeiten Lehrstellen in seiner Niederlassung/Hauptsitz


    Section 3 - Amount of Apprenticeship
    Die Anzahl der Lehrstellen richtet sich nach den Produkten.


    Section 4 - Controls
    (1) Der Staat Astoria State behält sich vor stichprobenartig und unangemeldet zu kontrollieren ob die Vorgaben eingehalten werden.
    (2) Bei Verstößen behält sich der State Astoria State Maßnahmen vor.


    Section 2 - Entry into Force
    Dieses Gesetz tritt nach seiner Verkündung in Kraft.
