    Honorable Senators!


    I lay, according to Sec. 3 SSec. 1 of the Senate Advice and Consent Act, before the Senate the Nomination of


    BrigGen (ret.) Travis Lodbrok to be Secretary of Defense


    made by the President-elect of the United States, according to Sec. 2 Ssc. 3 Senate Advice and Consent Act.


    A Hearing has to be conducted on this nomination. I call upon the nominee to make the following oath

    I do solemnly swear that I will tell the truth and nothing but the truth without any additions or reductions. (So help me God.)
