    Honorable Commoners!



    The question before the Assembly is on the following Motion:




    Soll dem Einspruch gegen die Entscheidung des Vorsitzes (nach Art. III Sec. 2 Ssc. 2 der Standing Rules) stattgegeben werden?

    • Mr Peterson hat beantragt, erneut eine Nachwahl zum Senator for Astoria durchzuführen.
    • Der Antrag wurde als unzulässig zurückgewiesen, da die Nachwahl für den vakanten Posten des Senator of Astoria bereits durchgeführt wurde und eine wirksame Feststellung des Ergebnisses lediglich aufgrund eines anhängigen Rechtsstreits unmöglich ist.
    • Eine Annahme dieses Appeals würde die Entscheidung des Vorsitzes ersetzen. Es wäre eine Nachwahl durchzuführen.


    Votes can be entered into the Records of the Assembly by the YEAs and NAYs. The presence of a member not voting will also be put into the Records if declared (Present).


    An amount of 72 hours without increment is reserved for the entering into the Record. Records will be closed on this motion in the discretion of the Chair, if a majority on the motion is reached or can not be reached.
