    The question before the Assembly is on the passage of the Bill read by the Clerk.


    Votes can be entered into the Records of the Assembly by the YEAs and NAYs. The presence of a member not voting will also be put into the Records if declared (Present).


    An amount of 72 hours without increment is reserved for the entering into the Record. Records will be closed on this motion in the discretion of the Chair, if a majority on the motion is reached or can not be reached.

    Reduction of Costs in official Regulation Development (RECORD) for Standards Bill
    An Act to dissolve the Institute for Standardization.


    Section 1 - Regulatory Tasks to be performed by the Government entities concerned


    (1) Der Institute for Standardization Act ist aufgehoben und der Governor ermächtigt, das Institute for Standardization aufzulösen und sein Personal, seine Dienststellen und Sachmittel eine andere Verwendung innerhalb der Administration zuzuweisen.
    (2) Die aufgrund des Acts erlassenen "https://forum.astor.ws/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=15809" gelten als Anordnungen des Leiters der betroffenen Stelle zur Ausübung der Tätigkeiten fort. Sind mehrere Stellen betroffen, gelten sie als Anordnungen der gemeinsamen übergeordneten Stelle fort. Sie können jederzeit verändert oder aufgehoben werden.
    (3) Keine Bestimmung dieses Gesetzes soll dahingehend ausgelegt oder angewendet werden, dass sie die Rechte des Governors oder seiner Beauftragten einschränkt.


    Section 2 - Coming-into force
    Das Gesetz tritt nach Maßgabe der verfassungsrechtlichen Bestimmungen in Kraft.
