    Preserving the Seperation of Powers Bill
    An act to eliminate unconstitutional rules for congressional committees.


    Section 1 - Amending the CCIQA
    (1) Article II Section 5 Subsection 1 lit. a des Congressional Committees, Investigations, and Questionings Act, 2014, zuletzt geändert durch den Parliamentary Efficiency Improvement Act, 2018, wird ersatzlos gestrichen und die fortlaufende Nummerierung dementsprechend neu gefasst.


    (2) Subsection 2 wird folgendermaßen neu gefasst:

    (2) Gemäß Subsection 1 übermittelte Stellungnahmen und Berichte soll der Vorsitzende des ständigen Ausschusses prüfen, mit einer eigenen Stellungnahme versehen und in den Kongress zur Diskussion einbringen, sofern kein Mitglied des Ausschusses Einspruch gegen die Stellungnahme erhebt.


    Section 2 - Entry into force
    Dieses Bundesgesetz tritt mit seiner Verkündigung in Kraft.
