    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Astor in Congress assembled:


    Fourth Popular Petitions Revision Act
    An act to correct mistakes made by the Third Popular Petitions Revision Act, 2019.


    Section 1 - Correcting the PPA
    Sec. Ssec. 1 des Popular Petitions Act, 2008, zuletzt geändert durch den Third Popular Petitions Revision Act, 2019, wird folgendermaßen neu gefasst:

    (1) Eine Volkspetition kann durch jeden auf Bundes- oder Staatsebene Wahlberechtigen beim Kongresspräsidium eingereicht werden, der nicht der Exekutive des Bundes angehört.


    Section 2 - Entry into force
    Dieses Bundesgesetz tritt mit seiner Verkündigung in Kraft.
