    The State of Savannah Amendment Act



    An Act aimed at implementing the Change of Name in the State of Savannah, which was formerly known as Southern Territories, and thereby at recognizing and fulfilling the Will of the People in the State of Savannah.



    ARTICLE I - AMENDMENTS



    Sec. 1. Amending the Armed Forces Act.
    In Sec. 2 Art. 4 des Armed Forces Act wird der Staatsname "Southern Territories" in "Savannah" geändert.


    Sec. 2. Amending the Election of Congress Act.
    Im Amendment zur Einteilung der Bundesstaaten zwecks Wahl der Senatoren des Election of Congress Act wird in Gruppe III der Staatsname "Southern Territories" in "Savannah" geändert.



    ARTICLE II - BASIC PROVISIONS



    Sec. 1. Entry into Force.
    Dieses Gesetz tritt mit seiner Verkündung in Kraft.
