    Verehrte Congressmen,


    der Senator of Hybertina, Mr Alricio Scriptatore, hat Abstimmung über folgenden Beschlussantrag beantragt:


    "Ich beantrage hiermit, dass der Kongress beschließen möge, dem Präsidenten der Vereinigten Staaten von Astor, das Recht einzuräumen vor dem Kongress eine State of the Union Adress zu halten, wie es die Verfassung von ihm verlangt."
