Schreiben aus dem Schahtum Futuna

In the name of the High Council, highest authority of the Futunian Civilization, in accordance with the Shaikhan of Lehim, the Republic of Hatha and the Shaikhan of Deret, we hereby declare as follows:

Dear President Sun,

while the Futunian Civilization condemns the agression and attack against the Astorian people your government has chosen to support the Ratelonian claim of prepared assault on its territory by detaching a ready fleet towards the Western Isles. By this action alone you have destroyed the image of a noble defender of your own people and made this a conflict of two powerhungry self-declared great powers trying to outdo each other in imperial endeavors to the detriment of world peace. Instead of using each and every tool at your command to defend your home you use military powers to include until now innocent victims of the Ratelonian dictators in the conflict and risk their wellbeing and safety for unsavory intents.

The Futunian Civilization will not stand for this and has declared their intent to protect the Western Isles against all conflicts and interference. We will defend the Isles, its inhabitants as well as their rights, freedoms and democracy against all agressors in this time and place. The High Council has authorized the Grand Vizier to use every tool avaible to shield the innocents from the powers of destruction. We hereby warn you and your country to stay away from the Western Isles and leave it alone so it can reach peace and prosperity outside of imperial ambition.
